All orders shipped from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Once you have placed your order we will email you your tracking number from USPS. Please allow approx. 1 week for delivery in USA. Please note all orders have a tracking number and can be tracked through the USPS website. Once the orders shows delivered to address with tracking number Hairmagic is no longer responsible if items are stolen out of mailbox or PO Box or if postal service delivers to wrong address.
For orders shipped to Canada please allow approx. 3+ weeks. All other international orders please allow up to 4+ weeks for delivery depending on your local post office. Please make sure to enter your delivery address and email address carefully to ensure there are no errors.
For USA Shipping is a flat fee of $8.
For all international orders shipping is a flat fee of $18, with the exception of Australia a flat fee of $25.
Buyer is responsible for customs and duties on orders. No refunds are given on International Orders.
Hairmagic offers a 30 day money back guarantee within the USA. We will refund the full cost of the items minus the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be received back within 30 days of date of delivery within the USA to be eligible for refund. No refunds on international orders. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of items.
